March g# turbo build.

The caliper is completely different which means I'll need the whole hubs but I'm not sure about the ball joint dia like the k10 vs k11 hubs. I've ordered minted discs and pads now anyway only £45 for the lot

Thats not that bad, yeah I know pork managed to use k11 wishbones and hubs on a k10
 
Yeh that's what I've done but I had to extend my lower arms which isn't ideal. Last ones I did I changed the ball joint but the K10 ones aren't supposed to be removed

Finished 90% of the welding this afternoon. Should be ready for its mot soon





And welded the seat rails to fit. Just needed to be a tiny bit wider

Pretty much finished the manifold this afternoon. Just need to do a turbo flange and see which way it sits best on the march.






Need to do loads of porting which is soooooo boring. But gotta be done :/

Yeh bud. Turns out its stainless as well :D Lots of little cuts and fiddly bits. But its just cutting and welding really :)
