It wasn't just me that found it funny then Hmm I don't think i'm quite at that level yet but maybe come winter time haha..

I was thinking about getting one of those quick release bosses what are they like?

It's really good actually, and it's a lot slimmer than most of the others you can get

The new steering wheel and quick release boss is now fitted.
Feels so much better to drive with, and the seller's even sending me a free Momo horn button to make it look better/more like a real one

It's a slim quick release boss kit off ebay, I don't think it has a particular make or anything but it works really well

Fitted a new distributor cap to see if it solved/helped the running issues at all.

And just checked it over/sorted a few things for its MOT tomorrow, not sure what result i'm expecting..

One of the steering rack gaiters was starting to split, but I changed it just after the mot so it's all good now

I haven't updated this in a long time as it's now up for sale/should be going to a new home soon and i've moved on to a new project.
