Next weekend I'm off to pick up a K11 1.3 with a broken release bearing, so I figured I might aswell replace the whole clutch assembly. I'm going with LUK since I've read good things about them. While searching online I found two different kits, 618 1417 00 and 618 3019 00. The latter one is a bit more expensive but otherwise they seem identical. I'm thinking the more expensive one might be the Heavy Duty clutch mensioned in this thread: https://www.micra.org.uk/threads/luk-clutches.11344/
