Looking to buy a k11 1.3 advice

Going to see a 1999 k11 1.3.

Could do with some advice, been looking at possible things that can go wrong and what it would cost if it does. From what I can find google'ing Throttle body's / maf units can fail, how expensive can this be to fix if I had to buy new, is this about the most expensive part to fail on the Micra.

4M40 gearbox costs in my country about 250£, I've buyed whole car for 200, soo....
but it was for 1.0, dunno what gbx is in 1.3

Rust is the main thing to look out for.
Lower cross member and rear sills are the places to look. Rattly timing chain on high milers also worth checking for.
If these are ok and and it runs and drives fine then go for it

Is it the sunnroof version? The drain holes go down to the sills which can cause issues!

I have a 1.3 CVT K11 (non PAS). Great little car. Mine only done 99,000. They take so much abuse!
I had to have all my sills welded in Sept 15 at a cost of £300. I was in 2 minds to proceed with the quote though glad I did. The K11 is such a cheap little car to run and the 1.3's are well quick even my CVT shifts!
