lil help

just had a gasket change. car still a tad lumpy even after 500 miles. few starting problems too.
no fan sensor, its on its way from the nice people at nissan
anyone any ideas if this is normal or if i should go get it re checked?

for all you know the lad might have just registered to the site, how would he know you had the head gasket changed? it might have been the inlet gasket for all he knows
