left indecator

Hi

new to this...... i have a Micra s and the left indicator is not working on the instrument panel, although it flashes on the outside of the car (nothing wrong with the right one), took bulb out but its OK, looked at fuses seems to be OK, does any one know whats the problem is and can you help
