k12 tuning mod

what is this ceramic resistor mod as seen on ebay (15+ BHP), what is the value of resistor and where does it fit ?, does anyone have this fitted / and does it give noticeable power increase ?

NO!!!

Basically it's set to increase your fuel pressure and overfuel your engine IIRC. Overfuelling means you run the risk of borewash-the excess unburnt fuel running down the cylinder walls and stripping the coating of oil, meaning you've got the piston and it's rings running against metal...it can also roast your catalytic converter as it doesn't take too kindly to partially combusted fuel being thrown through it.
