K12 Tekna 1.5 dci 08 Head unit advise!

Hi all,

I just purchased a 08 1.5 dci Tekna! 40k miles full service history! Perfect! However.... I would like to change the heat unit!

The stereo is a little dated for me because I can’t play music via my phone etc so I need some help.

Can anyone recommend any good headunits for the car? Could I buy a second one from the n tec and would that work?

Yes you can, but remember the " 2 din cd radio is a blaupunkt top end unit, try this model: Kenwood DPX3000U Double Din Car Tuner, get the wiring harnace that is for the micra and this will sort out your music

Oh great thank you Would this stereo also work with the steering controls of the wiring is correct? That’s the main thing for me tbh x

The company that supplies you the head unit will hopefully supply (at a small charge) all the leads to enable you to control the unit from your steering wheel.
