k12 scraping/grinding noise when turning left

Hello all, i need some help with my k12. Just today a scraping/grinding noise has started to occur when turning left, it seems to only happen when doing shallow left turns as apposed to full lock turns and the noise is coming from the passenger front wheel.
I have taken the wheel off, the brakes are practically new and nothing seems to be stuck or loose.
Any help will be much appreciated.

New brakes have a rust inhibiter on them and it takes a while to grind off through use. A good mechanic would usually spray it with brake clean to resolve this issue. I wouldn't be too concerned though. It could also be the guide pin in the caliper. If the grease has perished the brake pads will be out of alignment and one edge may be catching on the disc when turning.
