K12 Radio Code

I have changed the battery and having problems with the radio code.

The booklet in the car says it is 3818 - this does not appear to work.

The radio pass from Nissan says:

BP3349
Ser No. 47300853
Safety No. 9987

Is my radio code correct? Or is the Safety No the radio code?

Hi,

I have just spent £700 on a new timing chain, on my k12 the warning light was on so had no choice. I simply can't afford a new car so I went ahead with it and used my credit card. Now my radio code has gone and I am being asked to fork out more money. Nothing came with the car when I purchased it from Arnold Clarks 3 years ago so now I am stuck. Can anybody help?

Hi Sarah

You will have to remove the radio from the dash to get the serial number, once you have that one of the team here will be able to get you the code.
