If i was too get an aftermarket exhaust for my 160, would a 1.4 exhaust fit?

cant quite understand your question mate. if you are after an aftermarket exhaust, get a custom made one

im looking for a direct fit backbox, i have found a couple for the 1.4, but it does not mention the 1.6.

Will an exhaust made for the 1.4 fit a 1.6

hi no the 1.4 pipe is smaller than the 1.6 i'v tryed it at work

no direct replacement backboxes are available for the 160. You'll have to go custom.

recently got a 160sr, custom is the only way, i wanted a nismo one, but cant get on for the 160 either

You can get a nismo backbox on the 160sr though it's worth it the sound it gives is not too loud and makes it sound supercharged, it really does haha. Shame they dont make them anymore though. Buy a greddy full system for the 1.4 and have an exhaust company to fab it to fit!

it is a shame their not made but you can still get them, and were only for the cr12de and hr15de engines where as they 160sr is a hr16de, it could be modded to fit probably

Its my 21st coming up shortly...well..June...but im thinking about spending my cash on a custom catback. Anyone have any ideas as to a general quote for the work etc?
