K11 Windscreen seal

Hi

Has anyone tried to replace the seal that runs around the windscreen... there were pieces missing when i bought the car and I used black sealant to fill the gaps however its starting to leak thru to the inside now

Any pointers/tips appreciated

take the windscreen out and have a universal seal fitted
