K11 - Universal Air Filter????????

fwn if I was to buy a 'Universal Air Filter' for my k11, would I also need to buy some form of 'bent tubing' (ha ha) to make it fit? Also - do the fixing rings usually fit the micra? Any recommendations on a 'budget' filter? :blush:

Don't bother, just go for a K&n panel filter. I think the club still gets 10% discount if you buy direct from K&n.

Now i have a bit more time.

A K&n 57i filter is more noise than anything else but a universal filter may lose you power as it is not designed specifically for a Cg13 engine.

I have and would go for again a panel filter as the oem airbox does a very good job of protecting the air feed from heat. It doesn't increase the engine noise and produces some gains, with most of these being a smooth throttle responce.
