k11 plastic fuel tank.

Hi chaps. does anyone know or has anyone tried to fit a plastic k11 tank into a k10??

i need a tank suitable for my injection swap. my 1st option is to use 2 pumps and a swirl pot.

although if a k11 tank fits then itll be much tidier and cleaner looking. i would prefer not having a swirl pot and 2 pumps and sheet load of plumbing. it looks messy :wack:

Why would you require two pumps and a swirl pot?

Just change the piping to high pressure and install an in-line fuel pump.

Fuel surge!

Every carved car I have converted to injection in the past has suffered fuel surge and required a swirl pot setup

i was going to ask this same question a while back but ended up going with the bike carbs although i might stick the injection manifold ect on if it runs crap. it may fit with custom straps or something but im not sure on the shape differences. yeah swirl pot may be the simplest way here mate. unless you could ask the scrap yard guy if you can buy the k11 tank and if it doesn't fit ask him if you can have your money back. small chance but worth a try mate.

oh they would, most likely the same as the Figaro.
