K11 Immobiliser Problem

I will have a good look tomorrow at what's involved. My car is stripped so that would cut the fitting time down but I'm not good with wires, usually makes a burning plastic smell ;)
So Nissan charge £120..+ VAT I expect too. That's a liberty, some car locksmiths have the software to reprogramme systems so worth having a ring around first if anyone wants to try this route.(personally I would not bother)

If the NATS has kicked in on your car by far the easiest route to get it running would be to get a modified ECU from Ed on here.By the time you have trawled around in breakers yards looking for a secondhand system, stripped the donor, get robbed by the scrap man, dismantled your car, dash out & door cards

How do I get hold of Ed? How much for a modified ECU?
I have just bought a 1995 K11 that has no keys (no it's not stolen :p) I can hotwire it and it starts on the button but then stops within 5 seconds and the ecu light continually flashes.
Would just swapping the ECU for a modified one from Ed just plug and play?
Thanks

Eds ones are very plug and play. We have bought a few from him.

We have tried just about every other solution in the past but in terms of time spent/cost Eds win every time!
