This is my first post and It's straight off in the deep end ha!
First things first, I am a mechanic of 6 years and drive a Focus ST3 comfortably pushing 280 bhp and have recently bought a 1995 K11 Micra. I bought it to get it back on the road and for a bit of fun really! It is clean body work wise etc but has been sat with a dead gearbox for 2 months before I bought it.
Seeing that Google isn't bringing anything up, I want to know if anyone has done or known of it been done with a qr20de engine swap?
I know sr20de are the norm for swaps but have a Primera with a dead clutch at work that we have aquired and has me raising the question!
And it's is easy to say that any engine will fit any car depending on your skill level and I am more than confident with fabricating mounts and temp shafts etc
Just thought I'd ask the people that know best really! Otherwise in the meantime I'll throw in the spare 1.0 engine and box I have for now and go from there
