k11/1.3 banger engine tunning

hi can some one please help to point me in right direction to get more power from my cg13de ie piston changes throttle body adjustments ect all help would be appreciated

1.0 pistons, 1.0 gearbox, 1.0 flywheel, 1.0 crank pulley. ga16de throttlebody with the idle circuit cut off and welded shut (to clear the fuel rail). Put timing at 17 degrees.
