Thanks, we have done that and replaced so many parts we have checked the electric connection from the main wiring loom to the anti dieseling valve and there is no power there. Is this a problem as the anti dieseling valve that was in there did not work, so we cut the wire off and took the solenoid out of it. That has got the vehicle running - drove 5 - 6 years and the old stalling problem came back, is this an anti dieseling problem that is causing it not to run ? The carb fills better now which was the previous problem - runs fine while parked but when driven stalls at times, turn off and on again will continue another mile before it happens again. Could it be electrical? Could it be a relay? Could it be the box under the passenger seat as the wires are the same colour there as the ones to the antidieseling valve.? Is there a solenoid either on the gearbox or on the automatic shift which could play up when in drive?
