K10 belts

Hi all,
I have an F reg K10, I think it's around September '88 because it's still on points ignition. Would this have a timing chain or belt? I'm looking to have it replaced, is it a fairly easy job? Also does anyone know a source where I can get an alternator belt, if not I'll take a trip over CAS at the weekend.

they,re a belt lew, and very straight forward, but the teeth changed shape around 88 iirc

Cheers Frank I'll give it a go, it's a ###### being on that boundary of changes because I'm not sure what was slapped on my car down the production line to be honest. I think they changed them around November 88 so I'll have to see. Replaced the alternator belt today and as that wasn't in great nick I can only assume the cam belt isn't either, worth doing before the big bang happens
