Update; The front-end strip begins. The foggies have been rust-repaired and painted, just the glass to seal in and the frames to finish painting and then they’re all done for the next five or so years. Also while I had the side-lights and indicators off the car I took them apart, cleaned them up and painted the insides to replace the original silver, which had faded away. The photo was taken before the laquor was applied, they currently have a very glossy, almost a wet looking finish and although it's not clear in the picture the silver paint is actually metallic. It's difficult to take a decent picture of something that is designed be highly relective  I took the bumper and front arch covers off the other day in prep for the waxoyling and undersealing of the front end.
