Jap Fest , the UK's ultimate Japanese performance car show returns to Castle Combe. Organised by the team behind TRAX (Britain's premier track event car club), Jap Fest 2005 will feature all day low cost track action, a massive Car Club display area, all the best tuning and styling companies, a mobile rolling road and much more!.

Over 1000 of the best modified Japanese cars, Traders Area, Specialist car clubs, all day track action. This day is open to Japanese cars only.

9am-5pm Adult £12

Ha - Yea i know. A few of my mates are going down, one of them is on the Colt Stand, and think the other two are taking thier Civics down.
One on 18's the other on 19's!

Anyway - yea, we'll need to meet up man!

I won't be coming in the Micra, but I will be there!! Are any of you guys going to be on stands?

Can't wait though! Hope the weather is good.

Yeah im definately gonna be there, in the micra of course... might do sommin really stupid to my ca\r so I stand out, like put a big cup of tea on the top so u can see it from a far

I might come down, i will have to see if i can get a few mates to tag along, my auntie lives in chippenham so i could stay at hers for a bit!

Thats all very well for some! Mine just looks like a bog standard Micra, unless anyone can think of simple ways i can mae it stand out.. i'm open for stupid ideas as well.... can't beat a funny looking car

full screen sun visor,
paint viper stripes on it in bright pink
24 foot spoiler
put on some 12" rims so it looks really low,

but a giant tea cup is the best idea,




micras don't have to be modified to be good...... but it helps

ah if only,

I'm waiting on some rear disks to i can get them both done at the same time....

it's gonna cost me £150 !! to put them on and check the geomatry. thats more than the springs


and i have a few cracks in the paintwork on the bonnet that need sorting out, so my car isn't gonna look its best,

oh and i have to put the fog lights back on after one of them filled with water... argh.

Look out for my mates Civic thou, its white with a pearl through it and got 18" Wolfrace ikons.
Also me mate Colt, it's Purple so you'll not doubt see that to as i belive its on a stand.

saw some phatt drifts,

amazing engines,

and fine ladies...


i was in a que of about 100 scoobys on the way up,


and i got a mini numberplate with micra at the bottom


also i think i saw your car there Curdy, red one with a surround spoiler, debadged, just down from the go karts?

yeah that was me! Not that it looks that special, didn't see any others micras tho.
That driftworx car was quality, did you see the damage to it tho? the bodykit was cable tied together?

yea and a right nasty crack top to bottom in the bumper nasty....

Did you see the silver Evo that could do phatt drifts? it was on the track about 2:00

BTW i parked just down from where you were in the larger area, and there was a stock k11 face lift next to me and a green LX drove past but that was about it....

i was gonna have a look at your car but there were a few guys hanging around it and i didn't want to look like a car theif,

I was very impressed with that massive silver thing opposite the rolling road, can't remember what it was....

cuaght some excelent drifts and exhaust fire...

it put my videos up but they are on my smashed up camera, it kept saying error capturing at the end of filming so i got angry with it....


if i could give you one tip for the future it would be.... don't by goodmans brand!!!
