Payment for the club BBQ can be made through paypal or by personal cheque.

Price:

£3 per BBQ.

BBQ's will be cooked on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. Total cost for both BBQ's is £6 per person to cover both days:

Please include in the paypal payment or cheque payment, your full name and forum user name and which BBQ you will be attending, either Saturday / Sunday or both. If your paying for a partner, please include this info in the notes...

Possible Menu:

Usual BBQ Menu including the following:

Sausages
Burgers
Chicken legs
Kebabs
Chinese Chicken
Salads
Snacks
Soft Drinks
Vegetarian alternatives available if required.

I will have a list of all those who have paid with me at JAE, people wishing to pay at the show can do, however I would much prefer to take care of this prior to the show, to make a very complicated job much easier.

Can people start to send payments through now please.

I want to start getting everything sorted over the coming weeks.

When sending payment please state your forum name and if paying for 1 BBQ, please state which day.

I would really like to get all payments in prior to JAE, saves me a lot of chassing people at the event. Partners and friends are more then welcome and will be the same as members @ £3 per BBQ.
