How much money will I need?
£200 is more than enough. Bear in mind, if you've paid for our BBQs that should keep you relatively full throughout the weekend, we also provide crisps and soft drinks too!

Essentials:
  • Tent
  • Cutlery / Cups / Bowls etc
  • Enough clothes to last 3 days of camping
  • Shower stuff (shampoo/shower gel etc)
(the on-site facilities are pretty good now)
  • CHAIR!!!! Every year we end up playing musical chairs because we don't have enough, please bring your own!
  • Torch (the trek to the toilets after dark is always a fun one!)
  • Sleeping bag (or failing that, a quilt and sheet)
  • Pillow(s) (I always forget this one!)
  • Cash for extra stuff (food, more beer, trade stand fund)
  • Toothbrush
  • Sun cream (hopefully)
Non-essentials but will make your life easier:
  • Toolbox to help Karl when he locks himself out of his car ;)
  • Cleaning products
  • Bucket + sponge
  • Roll mat, softer than the pretty hard ground
  • Sense of humour ;)
  • Camera to take pictures of Arnold when he's had a few too many (or me, depending on who's year it is to get too drunk!)
  • First aid kit
  • Beer/cider/alcohol (and the related ibuprofen/aspirin/paracetemol ;))
  • Sunglasses
  • AC Adaptor for charging your phone via our generator*
* Please keep an eye on your phone while it's being charged. We've never had any problems with that sort of thing but just to re-iterate that it's your property and it's your responsibility to ensure it doesn't go walkabouts!

Things you WON'T need to bring:
  • Dinner (if you paid for the BBQ)
  • Music for the evenings (PA will be provided and we do take requests, I should be providing Grooveshark with mobile internet access so that should cover almost anything)
  • A car that isn't Japanese ;)

bring a sword, there are monsters around!

Hope you don't mind me adding James, last year, at night, the condensation of the hot days caused the ground to get really wet. So I'd advise good waterproof boots/Wellingtons :) I got wet feet. Lol
