Also when replacing waterpump and thermostat, anything else that needs to be replaced? Am assuming both pump and thermo come with their own gaskets.

The steel pipe coming out the engine that has narrow hose plugged in, underneath dizzy, corroded so much, car temp went red zone and steel pipe broke off from the engine. Leaving rest of corroded pipe inside..

There's an o ring on the back of the waterpump that's worth replacing as after its disturbed it often leaks.
