Interpreting some Japanese

So I recently got my first car, a Japanese imported Nissan March K11. I've had difficulty reading up on the car, particularly about it's OBD method, since there's some conflicting information online, and all the instructions are in Japanese. Would anybody know how to interpret this badge in my engine bay? Also, what sort of connector will I need to get diagnostics? I don't think it's OBD2 compatible.

obd1 (consult) port, if it was obd2 it would be behind steering wheel not with the fuses. Check out Nissan Data Scan 1's supported adaptors if you're after a usb one, if not a obd1 reader would work
