Question: intercooler

would a renault trafic intercooler

be any good for use on a 1.0l turbo if i used a tdo4 turbo for a conversion?

Beat bet would be a small turbo eg. GT15 or GT17 also a small intercooler won't harm

cheers karl i just suggested that turbo cos ive heard other people say theyve used them and im defo putting an intercooler in i shall see what cars my boss buys in as scrap and see what parts i can buy on the cheap

The td04 is quite a big turbo especially for a 1.0 best bet is to look for a turbo of anything under 1.6ltr

i was thinking about buying a spare lump to play with if i go turbo wasnt sure if i would need forged internals or would that depend on what power and boost pressure im wanting to run?
