Inhibitor switch or Ignition fault - trouble starting in K12 Micra

Have to jiggle the gear stick to get the car to start, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.
Someone suggested the inhibitor switch was broken.
Everything else works fine, but its just that sometimes the car will not start until I play around with the gear stick.

Any ideas?

Hi, I have a similar problem. Are you able to solve it.

Mine is: Sometimes car won't start in Park Position but if I put it in Neutral. It starts
