Induction Kit Fitting

I have recently fitted an induction kit to my micra thanks to Micrabits!

When i removed the original airbox, there was a rubber pipe connected to the airbox and going down to the engine somewhere, not actually looked where!

What is this for and does this need connecting back up anywhere?

from what other people have told me before, the pipe that goes 'no where' does not need to be attached to anything, as for the thick pipe on the rocker cover a breather filter can be attached if desired, however i do not have one, and havnt noticed any problems

its a breather pipe, you can either refit it to your new set up or leave it be.
