indicators slow or not working.

Hi my indicators are either slow or coming on late or not at all i suspect its the flasher unit or relays. I found 2x relays next to the fuse box inside the car are they the ones if so how do i replace them there to be very little room.Do i have remove all the dash board or a small part thanks in advance.

Yes i pretty sure is them 2x blue boxes next to the fuse box i got 2 second hand relays what i got from a scrappy some time ago i will use them i will have to figure how to get to them. Thanks for your help.
