Idling problems

While waiting some input to previous question I went another way: disconnecting , one at the time lambda sensor, MAF, and coolant sensor.
The is no noticeable change, it idles from /00 to 1600 rpm, up an down, when the engine reaches normal temperature.
In some treads I see reference to clean Auxilary Air Control Valve, where can I find it?
The car is an 1.0 2001MY, Bosch throttle.
Mileage is on the heavy side.
Any ideas?

Yes, it goes down to 600 rpm then goes up to 1600 rpm, down to 600 again, etc...
