How to spray headlights?

I have a K11 micra. I want to spray the front headlights black, not the full light just the surrounds.

So it looks like this? how do i remove the lights? and do the covers just come straight off?

This has been covered loads, try and use the search function.
It should be easy enough to either heat up the headlight using a heat gun or the old oven, and then separate the glass to get to the inside.
Never done it myself because i am too lazy

Isn't there a guide on how to in the k10 bit fairly sure it's transferable to k11s
I haven't done it either not just because I'm lazy but because I'm erm finish my sentence for me.....
