how to remove the black roof trim strips

Hi
my micra had a roof rack fitted....but i have another car i want to take the roof strips off this car and put them back on mine

honestly mate really easy...

they just prise off...

screwdriver the front of one upward slowly while pulling it toward the front of the car...should pop up a little then just wiggle the whole thing out left and right all the way down...

some small retaining blocks pop out, think bout 6or7..

tried that and now have broken clips on the front and back of the strips.....no retaining clips......only two clips one at the front and one at the back........does anyone have any spare clips for the front......and does the end piece(rear of car) pull out of the strips......

one of mine broke too i just stuck it back on with some areldite wont be going no where now
