How to fit rev counter clocks..

Hi, found a micra in the scrappy. Would i be right in saying its a 1.3 as it goes up to 120 instead of 100? Couldnt see any badging to see what cc. And are clocks with a rev counter direct fit or could anyone give me some advice on wiring it up? I done a search but couldnt find much.

Can't help you with how to do it because i have no idea But.. when you have could you tell me how you did haha wouldn't mind a rev counter on mine
