Mine has always taken 3.5 to fill it tot he top of the stick

haynes probably not including oil filter. i think we put 3.4 in when i worked at a nissan dealer. but the dipstick is there for a reason!! just make sure you're parked on level ground. lol

3.1 including the filter, 2.9 excluding it according to the Haynes, and that was just right when I changed my oil a couple of weeks ago....
