How much is my car worth

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone could tell me how much my micra SR 1996 would be worth.

Details:
Nissan Micra SR 1996
FJ0 Mettalic Green
N Reg 1996
Fully Standard
No MOT YET but going to do test
No tax yet but will have 6 months before sale
Everything is in good condition

The only bad points are that:
1) needs new sills later on (done welding abt 7 months ago)
2) fuel counter gauge needs replacing, cuz it wont tell me how much petrol is left under 1/3 of the tank.

Thats about it really.

is £1000 too much or too little???removed I have a MOT booked next week and ill see how it goes.

pictures done work, other info like mileage, condition of interior and general tidyness of bodywork are needed as well before a accurate estimate of the price can be given.

mickey, I have exactly the same fuel gauge problem which is rather strange.....on a 1997 SR. I wonder if its the gauge or the sender?

Really? No chance of getting an SR around here for £500, my Tropic (poverty spec) sold for £800!

Seen one go just 3 weeks ago 8 months mot 3 months tax sold at gateshead he got £475 for it n plate......I looked at it and walked away over priced for a 12 year old car..rust bubbles put me off.

Brand new front tyres and plenty of tread on rear
Taxed until 30/09/07
MOT until 04/10/2007
Dent in rear bumper, crack in front bumper

Cars are alot cheaper up north than down south! Most of them are probably stolen :wasntme:

they are SOOO rare down here, i know of two super s's near me and i know both the owners... you wont see them in the scrappy.
