How much difference do lowering springs make??
My car rolls more than a roll of andrex, would a set of lowering springs, apex for example, stiffen it up as well as dropping it?

In theory yes. But it would depend on your dampers too. I currently have a set of some unknown red springs, and they are quite hard to compress. Guess I'll find out for you when I come to fit them in mine. ;)

mines lowered 55mm and it sticks to the road like its on tracks... gets rid of ALL the roll and understeer (appart from in the wet)

you can have awesome fun on roundabouts and corners now :D best mod i'v done!!

Yeah defo,

cut down on the rolling and understeer, its a great mod and for the cost its pretty good value for money

Thy make a hell of a difference mate - the ride is a lot stiffer, which isn't fun when you're not in the mood, but even though my Cabrio is only on 35mm springs, with a lower strut brace she handles so much less like a boat, more like a dream :)
