How do you remove K12 radio

Hi guys - wifes battery died and does not have NATS radio code. I have spent days looking for advice on internet but all tutorials have expired.

I have removed two screws above heater controls and the two large (+) under the hinged compartment above radio but nothing seems to shift.

Can any advise

Cheers for the quick reply - was looking at that guide but the radios are different. Although they are different does the same guide apply?

Sorted - got serial number - Blaupunkt - BP3349 3 6392561.

so do I really have to remove the whole thing?
All I know is that my radio is a BP 2346

I can't stand to be in the silence anymore :down:
