Hi I need a help about overheating

Hi guys, I am new member to this fourm. My car is k11 1995 so I lent my k11 to my family member for two months. I noticed that my temperature went on the red line when I got my k11 back. I had to check my engine coolant water so there was no coolant water in. I checked the radiator, hose pipes,, expansion tank and also oil cap. I noticed that oil cap had slightly thick oil on it. I will show pictures in a few mins. Thanks Ben.

The oil is oil sludge from poor servicing (lack of oil changes ect)
Checked the thermostat?
Also the radiator ,is the outlet on it cracked for the header tank?

Yea I haven’t service my k11 since 20k miles ago. I do top up sometimes. This radiator looks so bad but I managed to bought new one. I need to make sure that eveything is ok then I will change it myself.

Remove it and drop in boiling water, if it is ok it will open. You will need a housing gasket or a tube of instant gasket to reinstall without leaks.

I checked this radiator as there is no leak at all. I checked this thermostat by using the water for topping up. The water was running in through top pipe to thermostat to the bottom pipe.

I went to my local mechanic so he checked up for me. There is no problem but I need to change new radiator, new radiator cap and also expansion tank. Then it will be ok hopefully. I don’t understand that why I got overheating twice times.

Wow, yeah, you NEED to service it, they only suppose to be serviced ever 9k or 12months realistic , that won't help.either
