The lid on the fuse box containes all the fuses and holders the lower part is just a box to seal the fuses from the elements, It should be a straight forward job but take photos of the parts and wires as you dismantle to help with installation.

cheers my concern is do you have to have it coded to your car as I want to swap it for another off another car

I cannot see a major problem, once the battery is removed, fuses and relays generally don't require coding only electrical devices that are plugged into the cars cpu will need this, dont forget to photo your progress to refer back if you get stuck.
