Help with a few bits please

Hi guys,

I have a few bits I wanted to do to mine but need some advice on how to do it,
1. Fitting a table instead of a radio - what size tablet do I need and how do I have a charger connected at all times?
2. Lifting my bonnet- how do I do it, what can I use, how far should I do it
3. Tinting my front lights yellow, do I spray or use film and is it legal?
4. Removing standard steering wheel, best way to remove it?
5. Am I better off using a seat cover?

Washers and longer bolts for the bonnet hinge

3. Tinting my front lights yellow, do I spray or use film and is it legal?

It's legal but use something like flyeyes

4. Removing standard steering wheel, best way to remove it?

Undoing the bolt is the best way

5. Am I better off using a seat cover?
