help replacing fuel injectors

hi waz, the 2 screws that hold each injector tend to be VERY tight :eek: and i usually end up having to release them with molegrips first (which means you have to remove the throttlebody first)
 
Personally id remove the fuel rail...this can be done with everything still in place (minus the stock air box) as it can be slid out to the right hand side. Make sure you release all the fuel pressure in the fuel system before you remove anything. :)

I'd also go and buy some screws with allen heads cos you will probably destory the stock ones on the car.
