Help pleas, stuck, exhaust.

Hi. Does anyone know how to get the back section off a k10 over the axel tube? Whichever way I wiggle it I can't get it off. Trying to fit a new one today. Thanks.

Unbolt the suspension and jack the car up

Pull harder? I've never unbolted the struts and droped the axle, just twist it and pull, if it's just going in the bin and being replaced just cut it off if your really struggling

It is a bit tricky, but you should get it out if you twist it right... but remember you have to get a new exhaust back on this was way harder in my opinion

I did it the other day the old one came off easier as i bent the backbox down a bit as it was broken.
new one i put over the axel then twisted it round but the backbox bracket was getting stuck on the spare wheel bit underneath so i put my shoulder on it and lifted the body a bit (car on axel stands) and it slid over the axel with a scrape. This gave a bit more room between the axel and the body, it does go on but its a squeeze getting it over the axel.
