Glovebox rattle+ part number request for steering rack

Got an annoying rattle from the glovebox which while it seems to latch solidly shut, makes a quite irritating noise over rough terrain.

Also - Anyone able to help me source a NON powersteering rack for a k11 1994 pre-facelift?

Rubbers on the corners worn away maybe?
