Getting a 1.3 SI w reg

Hi guys I am the proud owner of 1.0L w reg celebration with so much rust that it won't pass an MOT - cross member sills..a lot.
Anyway I love it so much (162000miles and engine pulls well) that i decided to upgrade to another one.

So i am getting a 1.3 si in black with 80000 miles but with a lot of dents and scrapes.
Would you think is worth spending 350 on it? It has no major rust but a lot of dents

Your picture didn't load mate. Keep the dents buddy, you'll probably put a few more in her with the 1.3 engine.....they're nippy.

here's the 1.3 si next to the celebration.
On the drivers side i've got a rim missing and thinking to swap the wheels.
