Gearbox oil -- GL4 or GL5 ?

I want to change the transmission oil in my Micra, I looked for 75-90, but there are two types GL4 and GL5, namely,

from here - http://www.ratwell.com/technical/GearOil.html

GL-4 differs from GL-5 by the amount these additive chemicals are mixed into the oil (often 1/2 to much less in GL-4). Since the same additives are present in GL-4, they have the same effect on the synchros but far less (at a point in time that is beyond the expected service life of the gearbox or the oil itself).

I found LiquiMolly full synthetic GL5 oil, its expensive compared to the others, I dont know how will react on the copper parts , like the forks in the gearbox???

Some parts of the gearbox might be made from bronze and GL5 has aditives that cause corrosion of these parts so you must not use it, unless you gearbox is GL5 aprooved.

I would (will) get redline or motul 75W90 ;)
