Gear Knob help

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how to get the stubborn cear knob off my K12?
Tried twisting it, prising it..... allsorts.. just refuses to budge!!
any help would be appreciated.

Stubborn, lol, thats one word you could use.

The knob as actually gotta be be cut off, dont know how exactly though. It wont twist or turn. I know this from past experience. I would speak to a nissan dealer about this one though.

i normally tap these off with a hammer...

cut it down the middle and prise it off with a screw driver..... your not gonna need it again...lol

u just pull them off u fools i fit them in the factory get hold of them and give a good pull they will come off no need to cut things and that

In the friendliest way possible.

Come down my house and pull mine out for us then please. I have had three people attempt to pull mine out and it would not budge, these guys i wouldn't call fools either :laugh: :laugh:

i managed to pull it off without too much trouble last week but the damn plastic adaptor inside is properly glued to the metal stick, if i cant remove this i cant fit a new gear knob, any ideas lads?

oh and try to pull upwards only, it will come off eventually.
