Has anyone had fuel pump issues on the 1.6 engine?my original one went at about 70000miles just over 3 years ago and it looks like the replacement I fitted is going as of yesterday!!!its only done 6000 miles.the replacement was not original part,cheers

2006 of mine has done 156k kilometers, no issues with fuel pump.
Maybe you just had Monday versions with original and replacement?!

Well after a genuine replacement from nissan (that they have never sold before apparently)the car seems to be fine now and I dare say it runs better!! I've stripped the old unit and not found anything visually wrong with it,must have been a crap pattern part.
