is it a normal micra trait that it takes forever to show if there's anything there? im used to my polo one instantly pinging to where the level is, seems like i could start and end my journey before the micra will let me know how much fuel is there

No, don't think its normal mate, maybe replace the sender unit if it bothers you...

No, not normal at all. Within a second or so of turning on the ignitions power, the needle should have moved up.

Sometimes if it's slow to move, the needle just needs a bit of grease to free it up, because they can become stiff. But it's strange that it's taking so long for it to rise fwn
