Fuel filter pipe

Hi all. Just gone to change the fuel filter, the pipe doesnt want to come off. Anyone got some tips to remove??

Only thing i can think of is cutting the pipe. Im sure there will be enough slack to make up for the missing pipe. But i could be wrong.

I removed mine the other day, the tank can have probably half an inch in the bottom of it to stop any coming out. It just needs a good pull to get it off the pipes and out of the hole at the top.

Edit: apologies, thought you said fuel filler pipe. Long day...
