front/rear splitters/lips and sizes

hey guys I'm after splitters for both the front and rear bumpers (k11 facelift (t reg)) and want to know what splitters i can use and also how far they come down as the car will be dropped 35 mm.

i know this has probably been asked before and i am searching the forums as we speak or should that be type :laugh:

Calm down.

Measure your bumper, go to a scrapper, measure the splitters you like.

Laguna ones seem to be a big hit same with leon ones.
If at first you don't suceed heat them and bend them.

Anything will fit with some modification
